In terms of special flavors, we can get most any flavor with proper notice.

For homemade recipes (mixed on your own) we cannot guarantee machine performance, but will do everything we can to work with you to get the correct proportions.

Please note: We recognize that there are many cocktails in existence, and almost any flavor can be translated into a frozen cocktail. The possibilities are endless, but let us know what you would like, and we will do our best to freeze it for you. For our 2 flavor(2-bowl) machine, recipes call for 1.75 liters of primary alcohol to make a batch. Margaritas call for ½ liter of triple sec liquor in addition. For single flavor machine, recipe calls for 2-2.5 liters of primary alcohol. Margaritas call for ½ liter of triple sec in addition.

*Sangria recipes may call for up to 1 gallon of wine. Customer is always responsible for providing alcohol. Personal mixtures or recipes:  Our commercial grade machines will freeze most mixtures, but the mixtures must be made in proper alcohol ratios.  Though we can advise customers on the proportions and ratios for their mixtures, we can only guarantee proper freezing using our Tropical Trolley drink mix used in proper ratios. Regular Frozen Drink Flavors Strawberry, Cherry, Orange, Mango, Pina Colada, Strawberry, Lemon-Lime, Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Blue Raspberry, Grape Special request flavors like Cola and Coffee are also available, but may not be in stock due to low demand. If given proper and timely notice we will do everything possible to get your flavor.

We sincerely believe all our frozen drinks are incredible no matter what brand of rum you use. Based on customer use and mentions, we can endorse the following brands with no reservations (in no particular order):

Something for the customer looking for that special touch in frozen drinks.

Liqueurs, Cordials, Mixers and Fruit Juices - For those who want to enhance the flavor of their frozen cocktails. Many use Grand Mariner to top off their margaritas, or add a half liter to our margarita recipes. Also popular are the many flavors of Schnapps available, depending on where you want to take the taste level. For Hurricanes, Mai Tais and Sangria drinks, adding fruit juice can enhance the taste quotient. Hawaiian Punch is a popular additive, as it comes in a variety of flavors. Triple Sec is required for most of our margarita recipes, but many also choose to add liquid agave in various proportions. If you have any questions about what proportion to add, please ask-we’re always glad to help.

Special Flavors - We can get cola flavors, banana flavor(for daiquiris), coffee flavors and others, but because the requests are somewhat infrequent, we may not keep them in stock. If you have a special request, please let us know asap so we can try to get your flavor in. Some flavors can be produced with a simple tweak of the recipes, or something available at the liquor or grocery store(like a flavored rum or a flavored mixer) so ask us. Please Note: Almost any drink you enjoy at a bar can be translated into a frozen cocktail. For example:

FROZEN FUZZY NAVELS: Peach or orange drink mix, 1.75 liters Rum or vodka. Liter of peach schnapps(if you use orange mix) or a gallon of orange juice or orange punch(if you use peach drink mix).
